Commercial Appeal

I am delighted to announce that I recently filmed a commercial for my health club, Merritt Athletic Club (http://merrittclubs.com/), for which I was actually paid a fee. That sets this commercial apart from the ads I’ve done for the health club and for my dentist in the past, which were testimonials I voluntarily provided to show my appreciation for their help in achieving several of my life’s goals. I was happy to provide this most recent testimony gratis, too, so I was surprised and very pleased when actual compensation was offered. I gratefully accepted.

To create the commercial, a videographer from SuperMedia.com, the producer of Verizon Online Yellow Pages, filmed me for 45 minutes as I demonstrated yoga moves and weight lifting and fielded questions about what motivated me to participate in group fitness classes.  All that footage was distilled down into a three-minute video, of which only a tiny portion was used, so there will be plenty of content to create future commercials if they so desire.

Whenever someone searching the Verizon Online Yellow Pages for a health club near Baltimore clicks on Merritt Athletic Club, this three-minute video will pop up and start running automatically. It will be aired nationwide for an indefinite period of time.

Needless to say, I am very excited about this latest opportunity to champion the qualities of a health club that changed my life.  To view the three-minute video, click on the link below.
Cheers!
Lynell
